Park Creek Place of North Wales is seeking an experienced RCC to manage the Assisted Living team and support day-to-day resident care operations. You will schedule staff, participate in care plan meetings with families and residents, and help implement ISP adjustments as needs change. You will promote policies to ensure the highest standard of care across the community.
