Hospitalist Physician Assistant

Join our growing healthcareteam providing patient-centered primary care to residents in skilled nursingfacilities throughout Coulterville, Illinois. This part-time position offers aflexible schedule, no call or overnight responsibilities, and the opportunityto work collaboratively with physicians and facility staff to deliverhigh-quality, evidence-based care.

Position Highlights

• Part-time with flexiblescheduling
• Six-hour facility shifts;rounds typically begin between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
• No call or overnight shifts
• Average 15-20 patient visitsper day
• Conduct daily rounds, manageacute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and develop treatmentplans
• Collaborate with nursingstaff and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance withclinical and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted U.S.Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• Board Certification, NursePractitioners: ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, or AACN. Physician Assistants: NCCPA
• Board Certified or BoardEligible: FM, IM, Geri, PM&R & ED
• Excellent clinical judgment,communication, and patient care skills
• Ability to workindependently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
