Billing Specialist Contract Opportunity

LaSalle Network is partnering with a premier business law firm to identify an experienced Billing Specialist for an immediate contract opportunity supporting a busy and growing legal billing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong Bill Blast, legal billing and eBilling experience who can jump in quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Responsibilities include:

• Manage the full-cycle legal billing process including prebills, invoice edits, final billing, and eBilling submissions
• Process and troubleshoot LEDES invoices through BillBlast, Aderant, and various eBilling platforms
• Handle billing discrepancies, rejected invoices, and attorney/client billing requests in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with client billing guidelines, fee arrangements, and legal billing requirements
• Partner directly with attorneys and legal staff within a high-volume billing environment

Requirements/Nice to Have:

• 3+ years of recent legal billing experience within a law firm environment required
• MUST have recent BillBlast experience plus experience with Aderant and/or Elite 3/E3
• Strong knowledge of LEDES billing, eBilling portals, and invoice troubleshooting
• High-volume billing experience and strong communication/customer service skills preferred
