Distribution Associate

PrideStaff has an immediate opportunity for a qualified candidate in the Distribution/Warehousing Department for a client of ours in Tracy, CA. We are currently seeking a full-time (M-F 8:00 .-5:00 Distribution Associate. Job Responsibilities: Complete the daily forklift checklist and follow Forklift and Order Picker maintenance and safety procedures on a daily basis. Loading and unloading freight trucks. Receiving, Stocking, Order Selecting, Dispatching, Packing and Shipping product. Auditing of inventory and shipments. Process RAs Operate the cardboard/baling compacting machine. Maintain and assist with keeping all work areas organized and clean. (. sweep areas, take out garbage and perform other warehouse sanitation duties as Perform light-clerical, filing, ordering department supplies, and stocking supplies. Adhere to all safety and operational compliance regulations. Participate in monthly learning meetings. Assist and cross train in other departments. Perform other duties as needed. Job Requirements: High School Education or Equivalent Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Hourly Rate Pay Range: $20.00 $25.00 Bonus Opportunity Profit Bonus: $0 to $500 per month (increases hourly rate up to $ 2 .88 per hour or up $6k per year) Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $25.00 Per Hour
