Senior Engagement Manager - Program Management (Fully Remote)
Partner Engineering and Science
- Oversee program delivery for an AI-accelerated Collections Feature Store, managing resources, budgets, and governance.
- Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track sprint velocity and delivery performance, identifying bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Escalate delivery challenges, coordinate resolution, and manage risks and interdependencies.
- Monitor budgets and financial performance while supporting cost management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years in program management, analytics, or related fields.
- Strong Agile/Scrum experience, including sprint planning and velocity tracking, with Jira and Microsoft Project.
- Annual base salary of $160,000–$180,000 with bonus opportunity.
- Remote work from the United States and exposure to AI-accelerated data initiatives.
