Shift Manager

Responsibilities Shift Managers lead shifts, ensuring a fast, accurate, friendly experience for customers. Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness. Plan for each shift; monitor performance and take action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards. Monitor safety, security, and profitability; communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them to run a great shift. May be responsible for meeting targets during shifts and helping assigned departments meet their goals. Support activities such as scheduling, training, and coordination to maintain smooth shift operations. Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. We are looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun, with the passion to work in a fast-paced environment.
