Retail Marketing Associate

: Silver Star Partners is a leading retail company located in Lexington, Kentucky looking for a Retail Marketing Associate for our growing team. *Experience working with people in a retail setting strongly preferred.* Responsibilities

• Meeting service performance and transaction standards for Customer Service and striving to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Document and update customer records based on interactions.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Work with cross functional teams within the company but mostly with fellow customer service team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle donor correspondences (i.e., voicemails and emails).

Qualifications:

• Education: Associate (Two year) college/technical school degree preferred
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service or retail preferred
• Must be able to work in a fast paced, quick deadlines, and high energy environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel a plus
