A company in Bowdon is seeking an experienced Lull (Telescopic Boom Forklift) Operator to join its team. The ideal candidate will have experience loading and unloading flatbed trucks using a Lull (also known as a telescopic boom forklift) and possess basic inventory control knowledge. This position requires a safety-focused individual who can work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse or yard environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate a Lull (telescopic boom forklift) safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload flatbed trucks with a variety of materials.
- Move, stage, and organize materials throughout the warehouse or yard.
- Assist with inventory control, including tracking and verifying materials.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work closely with warehouse and shipping personnel to ensure timely deliveries.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating a Lull (telescopic boom forklift) is required.
- Experience loading and unloading flatbed trucks.
- Basic inventory control or inventory management experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: $18.00+ / Hour
