Title: Clinical Dentist PRN Location: Dental Clinic - 12750 SE Stark St. Building E, Portland, OR 97233 Schedule: This is an in person position, PRN / as-needed, Monday through Friday. Hours are flexible and can vary between 0 - 40 per week depending on availability and clinic needs. - Provide dental care and treatment services on an as-needed basis to support clinic operations and patient care demand
- Ensures culturally appropriate dental services
- Must be able to provide care and maintenance for the patient's oral health
- Perform examinations, diagnoses, and treatment of dental conditions
- Develop and document treatment plans and patient outcomes
- Work collaboratively with dental staff and other NARA programs to support coordinated patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with dental staff and interdisciplinary teams as needed
- A Doctor of Dental Medicine degree or a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from a college or university accredited by the American Dental Association required.
- Possession of a valid license to practice dentistry issued by the State of Oregon required.
- Have or be able to obtain a DEA Licensure required.
- Minimum of 4 years of dental clinic or professional work experience required.
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries with clients, the community, and other staff members.
- Must pass a pre-employment or for cause drug tests.
- Must pass criminal background and DMV checks.
