Role Overview

In this role, you will represent our clients' products and services in the field, engaging directly with prospective customers through door-to-door outreach. Your primary responsibility is to generate new business, build relationships, and close sales within your assigned territory.

What You'll Do

• Conduct door-to-door sales outreach within an assigned territory.
• Engage prospective customers, build rapport, and establish trust quickly.
• Identify customer needs through effective discovery conversations.
• Present and demonstrate products and services in a compelling way.
• Overcome objections and confidently close sales in the field.
• Accurately document customer interactions and sales activity in CRM systems.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Manage and grow a pipeline of prospects within your territory.
• Represent the brand professionally at all times in the field.
• Collaborate with team leads and management to optimize territory performance.

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in door-to-door, direct, or field sales preferred.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule in the field.
• Comfortable with rejection and persistent in pursuing sales goals.

Nice to Have

• Experience in telecommunications, energy, or home services sales.
• Familiarity with CRM software or other CRM tools used for managing customer relationships.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding field sales quotas.
• Experience working in a commission-based or performance-driven environment.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass background check and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid state issued Driver's License.
