You will gain hands-on experience assisting with system installs, basic diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs while learning proper techniques, safety practices, and industry standards. This role is designed to build your foundational skills and prepare you for advancement into both service and installation career paths within the company.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with installation of HVAC systems, including equipment setup, ductwork, and system componentsSupport lead installers on residential replacement and new construction projectsLearn how to read basic plans and follow installation instructionsMaintain clean, organized, and safe job sitesHandle tools, materials, and equipment safely and efficientlyCommunicate with team members and follow directions from lead installersParticipate in training and actively develop technical skillsQualificationsInterest in building a career in HVACPrior HVAC, maintenance, or hands-on field experience preferred but not requiredMechanical aptitude and willingness to learnEPA certification is a plus, but not required (the company can support obtaining it)Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferredStrong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitudeAbility to work in a physically demanding environment and in various weather conditionsAbility to work well on a team and follow directionsIf you're ready to take the next step and move out of a stagnant role into a company that will invest in your growth, this is a strong opportunity to build a long-term career in HVAC.Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
