Compensation: $300,000-$500,000 Annually (Salary + Bonus based on productivity)

We are looking for a board-certified or board-eligible general otolaryngologist to become a part of our vibrant and collaborative ENT team. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a surgeon who appreciates the full spectrum of general ENT care. Candidates with expertise or interest in advanced otologic procedures (such as cochlear implants, middle ear surgeries, and cholesteatoma management) are particularly encouraged to apply, although this is not a mandatory requirement.

• Deliver comprehensive general ENT services to a varied patient demographic.

• Engage in an equitable call rotation shared among ENT providers.

• Work collaboratively with audiologists, allergy nurses, and internal subspecialty partners.

• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery.

• Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology.

• A desire to maintain a broad general ENT practice and a self-driven approach to growing their practice.

• An interest or willingness to engage in otology (including cochlear implants, middle ear surgeries, and cholesteatoma) is advantageous but not essential.

• A physician who treats patients, their families, and staff with respect and dignity.

• A commitment to patient-centered care and ongoing clinical excellence.

• A guaranteed base salary during the first year, supported by the hospital.
