Duties of the customer service representative:

• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, orders, and pricing quotes across phone, email, and chat channels
• Process customer orders, manage invoicing, and assist the sales team with precise data entry
• Maintain and update customer accounts and interaction records within company CRM software
• Provide basic remote technical troubleshooting for garage doors, openers, and related equipment

Requirements of the customer service representative:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service, office administration, or dispatch roles
