Program Director - PLM Transformation

We are looking for a seasoned Program Director to lead enterprise-wide PLM transformation programs across multiple business units and geographies.

The ideal candidate will combine strong program leadership, executive stakeholder management, PLM strategy, digital transformation, and technical oversight to drive complex PLM initiatives from strategy through implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end PLM transformation programs across multiple business units and geographies

• Define program roadmaps, milestones, budgets, KPIs, and delivery strategies

• Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and executive escalations

• Partner with C-level executives, business leaders, engineering, IT, and other stakeholders

• Lead governance forums, steering committees, and executive reviews

• Define and execute enterprise PLM strategy aligned with Digital Thread / Industry 4.0 initiatives

• Drive PDM, Change & Configuration Management, and BOM transformation (eBOM/mBOM/sBOM)

• Provide leadership for Digital Twin, Simulation, MBD/MBE, and MBSE initiatives

• Provide architectural and solution oversight across PLM platforms such as 3DEXPERIENCE and Teamcenter

• Lead Agile/Hybrid delivery across engineering and IT teams

• Ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in PLM, digital transformation, engineering systems, or related domains

• Proven experience leading large-scale PLM transformation programs

• Strong program/project leadership experience with budget, roadmap, KPI, risk, and governance ownership

• Experience working with executive/C-level stakeholders and steering committees

• Strong understanding of PLM/PDM, BOM, Change Management, and Configuration Management

• Experience with 3DEXPERIENCE, ENOVIA, Teamcenter , or similar enterprise PLM platforms

• Understanding of Digital Thread, Digital Twin, MBSE/SysML, MBD, or Model-Based Enterprise concepts

• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills

• Experience leading geographically distributed, cross-functional teams
