RN Acute Care Float Pool
Seacrest Behavioral Health
Role Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) supporting multiple hospitals within the acute care setting. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care using the nursing process, prioritize safety, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes. Support specialty units such as Med‑Surg with evidence-based practices and assist in training new healthcare staff through precepting. Qualifications & Skills Graduation from an accredited nursing program, valid RN licensure, at least 6 months of RN experience, and current BLS certification. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to various hospital settings. Key Duties Support patients across multiple hospitals within the float pool Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care Contribute to safety, quality, and positive patient outcomes Assist in onboarding and mentoring new staff #J-18808-Ljbffr
