Physical Therapist

Role: The Physical Therapist (PT) provides comprehensive physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions and rehabilitation needs. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using exercises, manual therapy, and modalities. Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, and strategies for managing conditions. Maintain accurate documentation of progress, plans, and outcomes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic patient care. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Current, valid state PT licensure or certification. Preferred CPR certification. 0-1 years of experience.
