Land Surveyor Intern: CAD/GIS, Site Plans, Accommodation

Role The Land Surveyor Intern will support engineering and construction projects by assisting with land surveying, site measurements, technical drafting, and spatial data analysis. The intern will gain practical experience in surveying operations, CAD design, and the preparation of technical drawings and documentation required for construction and development projects. Conduct site measurements and assist with surveying activities for land parcels, buildings, and construction projects. Prepare and update technical drawings using AutoCAD. Use QGIS and other geospatial software to process, analyze, and visualize spatial data. Assist in the preparation of topographic surveys and site plans. Produce architectural and technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections. Measure and calculate land areas, property boundaries, building dimensions, and site characteristics. Verify field measurements and ensure accuracy of survey data. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to support project planning and execution. Qualifications Associate Degree (Required). AutoCAD (Required). Microsoft Excel (Required). Benefits Unpaid internship. Accommodation will be provided and paid for.
