As a Rehabilitation Technician III, you'll support individuals recovering from TBI and SCI by providing hands-on assistance with daily living, personal care, community activities, and therapeutic goals. You'll help clients build independence, celebrate progress, and improve their quality of life.

What You'll Do

• Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications
• Support community outings, transportation, and activities
• Build positive relationships and encourage independence
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment
• Coaches, mentors, and provides oversight to Rehab Tech I and II staff

What You Bring

Required:

• High School Diploma/GED + 2 years of experience
• CNA certification or associate degree preferred  
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification

Experience

• 1 year as an HNNR Rehab Tech + completed Core and Advanced Medical Rehab Tech Skills requirements

Education

• High School Diploma Equivalency or better

• Associates Degree or better

Licenses & Certifications

• - Driver's License

• Cert Nurse Assistant
