The Product Designer team at AutoScout24 ensures that we create the right products to deliver delight to customers by working closely with cross-functional partners to establish best practices and processes, develop an end-to-end product rollout plan, align cross-functional stakeholders on strategy, track and communicate business metrics, and help scale product knowledge throughout the organisation. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our B2C team. You will work in a dynamic collaborative team in our Munich or Berlin offices. Our work format is hybrid, and we meet in the office 2-3 a week. WhatYou’llDo Set and maintain a high bar for design craft, creating intuitive, accessible, and delightful user experiences across web and mobile Take end-to-end ownership of key product experiences, from discovery through delivery and iteration Use data not just to validate decisions, but to identify problems, evaluate trade-offs, and continuously improve the user experience Contribute to strategic product decisions and help shape the future of AutoScout24's customer experience Champion user-centered design practices and collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, Content Designers, and other designers #J-18808-Ljbffr Meyandy LLC
