Job Type : Full-time Ability to Commute : Portsmouth, NH 03801 (Required) Work Location : In person Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Excellent customer service skills to enhance guest experiences. Prior experience as a Technician Major Duties & Responsibilities: Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, transmission flushes, air conditioner re-charges, four wheel alignments, battery installations, and headlight/taillight bulb replacement. Conduct some diagnostic procedures to determine the sources of customers’ problems and provide accurate repair recommendations. It's okay if you are still learning in this area! Suspension repairs/replacement, brake pads & rotor replacement, tire mount and balancing, engine/transmission diagnostics Conduct necessary repairs and take vehicles for test drives to verify soundness Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and for our records Maintain a working knowledge of current industry best practices in automotive repair Other duties as assigned #J-18808-Ljbffr
