Job Title: GCP Network & Infrastructure Engineer Location : 5 days onsite / in office in New York City or Jersey City (Onsite)

Our client is a premier global professional services and consulting firm that drives digital transformation for enterprise organizations worldwide. They operate at a massive scale, modernizing complex infrastructure and building cutting-edge cloud solutions for top-tier enterprise businesses.

We are seeking a GCP Network & Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy, and manage enterprise-grade networking infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform. You will leverage your expertise in GCP networking constructs, Python, and Terraform to automate and codify network operations at scale. Day-to-day, you will partner closely with security, platform, and application teams to deliver highly available, low-latency, and secure network foundations across complex multi-region and hybrid environments.

Contract Duration: 5 – 6 Months (EOY)

Required Skills & Experience

• Deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) networking infrastructure.
• Strong proficiency in Python for network automation.
• Proven hands-on experience using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Core networking experience designing and managing VPCs, Load Balancers, InterConnect, and VPNs.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Advanced experience with network security constructs, including NAT, Firewall Configuration, and Security Groups.
• Background architecting for large-scale, multi-region, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Previous experience driving projects across platform, security, and application teams.
