Caregiver / Companion for Older Adults

Home Instead is currently hiring compassionate and reliable caregivers to support older adults living in their own homes. If you are a "people person", we need you now more than ever to help your neighbors age with dignity. Join our team and become one of the Caregivers-we call ours Care Professionals-who bring their care and compassion to help older adults meet the challenges of aging on their terms.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Companionship and conversation
- Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Medication and appointment reminders
- Alzheimer's Care
Tioga County New York- Owego, Apalachin, Candor, Newark Valley, and surrounding areas Requirements:
- Possess a valid driver's license and valid auto insurance (required if driving clients)
- Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
- Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly manner
