This position will be located on site in Commerce, CA. This position is for 1st shift (5:00 am - 2:30 pm). Essential Functions:Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on industrial equipment by testing, inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing.Conduct work within multiple maintenance trades including millwright, electrician, plumber, and carpenter.Read, interpret, and work from blueprints, schematics, and manuals.Provide preventative and correct maintenance on various complex CNCs: 3 and 5-axis milling, horizontal and vertical lathesAdhere to all OSHA regulatory and safety standards, including Lockout/Tagout.Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to accurately document maintenance activities, work orders, and parts usageForklift, scissor lift, and JLG operationsBasic Qualifications:US Citizen with High School Diploma or GEDMinimum 5 years of experience working in the manufacturing industry as an Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial maintenance technician or millwright requiredMust have general knowledge of CNC machinery maintenance and repairsSolid understanding vacuum, electrical, hydraulic, cooling, and pressure systemsA systematic problem-solver that collaborates with internal and external customersProficiency with standard maintenance processes and methodsFamiliarity with PLC's/HMI'sCandidate must be able to work a flexible shift to include overtime hoursMust be able to lift over 50lbs., climb ladders, operate a forklift, and work at heightPreferred Qualifications:10 years' experience working as an industrial maintenance technicianAn associate's degree, licensed Journeyman or master tradesman, or journeyman level Automated Maintenance Technician ProgramProficient and knowledgeable in 3-phase and single-phase power distribution systems, motor controls, wiring and troubleshooting of such systems including 24 VDC to 480 VAC systemsCertifications or demonstrated competency repairing complex electro-mechanical systemsExperience in the Aerospace and/or Defense industryExperience with building maintenance management systems (CMMS/CAFM), including L2L and work order trackingPrimary Level Salary Range: $61,100.00 - $101,800.00. The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
