Overview Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Skilled Nursing Facility 2 openings: Suburb, Troy area and 1 hour north of Albany Provide hands-on, patient-centered care in a skilled nursing facility. You'll join a collaborative team focused on improving quality of life for both short- and long-term residents through compassionate, evidence-based care.
