DescriptionOffice 365 engineer/admin to oversee a major workload such as microsft teams, exchange, sharepoint, and other appsTop Skills' DetailsAdministration and understanding of exchange, SharePoint, teams, and OneDriveOffice 365 security knowledge (MFA, defender)Teams calling experience (built in voice system that turns the apps into a full business phone)M365 engineer/admin to oversee a major workload such as microsft teams, exchange, sharepoint, and other apps.Manage IT Systems: Manage and maintain complex IT systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability.Collaborate With Cross-Functional Leaders: Collaborate with leaders from other departments to ensure seamless integration and support.Design and Implement IT Solutions: Design and implement IT solutions to meet business requirements and enhance efficiency.Lead IT Projects: Lead and manage IT projects, overseeing all aspects from planning to implementation.Provide Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to other IT team members.Conduct System Audits: Conduct system audits to assess compliance with security and data privacy regulations.Stay Abreast of IT Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in IT.Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in the office environment.Performs other duties within scope as assigned.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holland, MI.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70.00 - $75.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
