What You'll Do

• Provide primary care services to a diverse patient population at multiple clinic sites
• Manage approximately 18 patients per day using an Epic EMR system
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Medical Assistants, RNs, LVNs, and Behavioral Health professionals
• Perform evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments with a focus on family medicine or internal medicine
• Support a flexible schedule that may include evening shifts and variable hours
• Maintain compliance with all licensing and certification requirements
• Contribute to a patient-centered approach emphasizing quality care and community engagement

What You Need

• CA Medical License
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Fluency or proficiency in medical Spanish (strongly preferred)
• DEA registration and clean malpractice background

• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Experience working with Epic EMR systems
• Ability to work flexibly across multiple clinic sites
