Registered Nurse - Pediatric Emergency Location San Antonio, TX Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Shifts include: 7A-7:30P, 7P-7:30A, 1P-1:30A, and 3P-3:30A Job Description Join a dedicated team in a fast-paced Pediatric Emergency department. Provide high-quality care to pediatric patients and support their families in a welcoming environment. Ensure positive healing experiences through family-centered care. Responsibilities Deliver patient care in a pediatric emergency setting with a focus on high-quality standards. Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, including nurses, physicians, and child-life specialists. Manage emergency cases while adhering to hospital protocols and policies. Perform necessary procedures, including IVs and medication reconciliation. Demonstrate leadership skills and provide charge nurse responsibilities as needed. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active Texas RN License (No temporary licenses accepted). Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department.
