Job Duties Answering calls Checking clients in/out Collecting money Assisting with reminder calls Retrieving & Sorting mail/faxes Taking vitals and entering into Electronic Medical Record system Assisting providers as needed Closing office Scheduling clients Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to learn how to take client vital signs. Reliable transportation to travel between multiple locations as needed. Clearances/Trainings required: FBI fingerprinting, Child Abuse, State Police Criminal Record check, Mandated Reporter Training.
