• Own the en-to-en proct lifecycle for prtner-fcing n internl tools - from reqirements gthering throgh mockp, feebck, n hnoff to engineering
• se I-ssiste tools (e.g., Crsor, Cle, v, Lovble) to rpily prototype n vlite ies before committing engineering resorces
• Prtner with opertions to nerstn workflow friction n esign tooling tht helps the tem eliver better cstomer experience
• Work with bsiness evelopment to nerstn prtner nees n the proct cpbilities tht nlock new els
• Collborte with engineering on scoping, technicl fesibility, n implementtion - briging the gp between working prototype n proction-gre softwre
• Write cler, etile reqirements n cceptnce criteri tht I gents n engineers cn ct on confiently
• efine sccess metrics for ech inititive n follow p post-lnch to close the loop

Wht We're Looking For

• 5+ yers of proct ownership or proct mngement experience, ielly in B2B or internl tooling context
• emonstrte bility to bil fnctionl prototypes or mockps sing I-ssiste tools. Light coing experience (HTML/CSS/JS) is pls.
• Experience with I proctivity tools n genine enthsism for sing them to move fster
• Strong written n verbl commniction - yo cn meet with n internl or externl cstomer n sk the right qestions
• Comfort working with t to evlte proct ecisions n prioritize effectively
• Fmilirity with PIs, webhooks, or t workflows - enogh to hve n informe converstion with engineers n spot integrtion complexity erly
• Experience biling tools for internl sers or externl bsiness prtners (not jst consmer procts)
