About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinician, who understands and respects the values of our tribal communities. Together, staff will provide care that meets the needs of the community and offers a meaningful and culturally responsive experience for both patients and their families. 

Position Details:

• Specialty : Occupational Therapy
• Work Setting: Nursing Home
• Schedule: Mon-Fri 0800 - 1700 + lunch
• Facility Type:  County-owned skilled nursing facility / long-term care home
• Patient Population: Long-term residents and short-term rehab patients
• Clinical Environment:  Rural healthcare setting serving Turtle Creek Pennsylvania

Requirements

Requirements: 

Licensure : Active In-State OT License

Education : Doctor of Occupational Therapy or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy

Life Support Certifications : BLS
