- Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science or similar, plus 8+ years of experience
- 8+ years of hand on experience in System analyst role for wealth management, Trading, Banking, Capital markets industry.
- 6+ years of leadership experience, leading multiple team initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent RDBMS skills to query and data analysis.
- Great understanding of distributed systems and API based system architectures. Should be aware of using and concepts of REST APIs, messaging based integration etc.
- Highly organized, creative, motivated, and passionate about achieving results
- Ability to effectively inspire and influence teams and partners in delivering technology enabled business solutions that exceed business expectations
- Demonstrated ability to define drive and communicate strategy and vision and influence across the organization is essential
- Quick learner and self-starter who requires minimal supervision to excel in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills & strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Understanding and implementation of CI/CD/Dev Ops practices, lean methodologies
