This role will play a critical part in advancing our People strategy by building scalable, compliant, and market-competitive rewards programs that support our global initiatives.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESSupport strategy, design, and execution of total rewards programs (compensation, benefits, retirement) with a focus on global initiativesPartner with the Health & Wellness team on the annual administration of benefits open enrollment, ongoing new employee benefits enrollment, annual auditsResponsible for compliance with current and future laws in the area of compensation and benefits (including FLSA, ERISA, and ACA) in partnership with the legal teamHandle associate and leadership total reward inquiries and concerns to ensure quick, equitable, and courteous resolutionBuild and deploy tools including dashboards and reports to inform and support total rewards decision-makingManage vendor/partner relationships across benefits, retirement, compensationDevelop and maintain a dynamic job architecture structure, including the design and communication of pay structures and guidelinesParticipate in compensation surveys and conduct research and analysis on market competitiveness, pay equity, and compliance requirementsOUR REQUIREMENTS5 or more years of experience in total rewards (compensation and health/retirement benefits)Experience working with outside consultants and vendor partners and leading key projectsExperience administering global benefits plans preferred Strong financial, analytical, and quantitative skills; ability to articulate a story with data and the organization of the output for key findingsExcellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
