Glaucoma Ophthalmologist

This position serves the Department as a full-time Glaucoma ophthalmologist. A comprehensive list of duties and expectations will be outlined in an MSP Physician contract upon appointment. Minimum qualifications include a California medical license, board certification, MD or DO degree, successful completion of an ophthalmology residency and a Glaucoma fellowship. Skills and abilities to perform patient care at an acceptable level as dictated by UC Davis Health policy and procedures are required. Key responsibilities include holding an agreed upon number of Glaucoma clinics per week, performing surgery as necessary, performing incidental instruction to residents and fellows, and performing administrative duties as required. Salary range is $330,000 - $400,000. This position is 100% on-site at the Ellison Ambulatory Care Center (HSP098).
