Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour, plus bi-weekly bonuses (top performers earn $550+ extra per pay period)

What You'll Do:

As a key member of our team, you will shape the guest experience from start to finish. You won't just be behind a desk; you'll be creating confidence.

• Be the Director of First Impressions: Welcome every guest with genuine warmth, manage the flow of the center, and ensure every visit is seamless and memorable.
• Become a Product & Service Expert: Master our services and product line to educate guests on personalized routines that will help them look and feel their best.
• Drive Sales Through Education: Confidently recommend and sell our exclusive Wax Pass® and retail products by connecting guests with solutions they'll love. Your success in sales directly impacts your take-home pay.
• Support a Winning Team: Partner with our licensed estheticians to create a positive, collaborative environment focused on exceptional results and five-star guest satisfaction.
