Position Overview We are seeking an experienced RN to serve as a Hospice Specialty Registered Nurse. The RN will provide high‑quality hospice nursing services to patients at home or in assisted living settings, develop, implement, and evaluate care plans, and coordinate with other health professionals. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and evaluate individual hospice care plans. Coordinate care and maintain continuity with other health professionals. Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses and Home Health Aides, performing delegated duties and supervisory visits per regulations. Provide education, supervision, and counseling to patients and families regarding home nursing procedures. Ensure timely and accurate computer documentation of patient information for OASIS data, orders, timesheets, and required reports. Qualifications Current RN license. Hospice and/or home‑care experience preferred. Experience supervising RN/LPN and Home Health Aides. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently in a home‑care setting. New graduates will not be considered. Compensation & Benefits Annual salary with weekly productivity bonuses.
