Key Responsibilities Support the General Manager in delivering top-notch customer service and maintaining a neat, organized front-of-house environment. Assist in managing groomers, quality control, scheduling, and client records to ensure safety and efficiency. Help maintain retail inventory, order supplies, and maximize operational efficiency. Lead and motivate the team by assisting with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance feedback. Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on safety and exceptional care for dogs. Support sales and marketing efforts, including social media management and community engagement. Promote The Dog Stop memberships and daycare packages to achieve sales targets. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 2 years of retail and customer service experience. At least 1 year of employee management experience. 1+ year of professional dog care experience is required. Enterprising mindset with strong leadership values. Excellent communication, organizational, and basic computer skills. Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends.
