Competitive Wages and Benefits: Family-friendly benefits including Health, Dental and Vision Paid vacation Paid holidays Employee meat purchase program Responsibilities Billing Clerk Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Communicating directly with KC Sales office, Liberal Shipping departments and Security Guards Organizing paperwork for the billing process Processing government documents Understanding billing and customer invoicing process to generate accurate paperwork Timely distribution of paperwork to various departments Verifying customer data, box counts, weights and trailer information Other duties as assigned Hours for this position are 6 pm to 6 am - Monday to Wednesday or Thursday to Sunday (rotating weekends) This is an on-site position. Qualifications Qualified candidates for the Billing Clerk should possess the following: Must be computer literate, proficient in ten key, basic Excel knowledge Strong clerical experience Reliability and attention to detail Possess efficient data entry skills Good work history and attendance Team Player with good communication skills Good telephone etiquette skills Possess a professional attitude/conduct Must be open to night shift hours and weekends Capable of lifting up to 25lbs Qualified candidates for this position will be required to successfully complete the background check.
