Sales & Customer Service Associate
If you're looking to join a fun, energetic team in an upbeat environment, we are hiring Sales & Customer Service Associates who like to talk. Especially about cars!!!
We're seeking qualified individuals that are honest, hard-working, and like to have fun at work! Sales & Customer Service Associates assist in signing new members into our membership plans and taking care of account issues while obtaining and servicing customer needs. Our staff members are also expected to demonstrate the highest level of customer service.
At Suds Factory Car Wash, we understand that consumers have many options when it comes to washing and caring for their vehicles. As a service provider, we recognize that our employees are what set us apart and deliver the great experience only found at our facilities.
We offer a competitive compensation package including:
- Competitive hourly pay, including commissions earned. This position starts at $15-16/hour, with opportunities to make more than $20/hour.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Effectively communicate the value of our service
- Greet each customer promptly with a smile
- Inform customers of Unlimited Wash Plans and make the sale
- Answer questions and provide direction for customers who are unfamiliar with our process.
- Help maintain operations throughout the location
- Achieve benchmarks and goals set by managers
- Use of electronic scanners, cash registers, or related equipment
Work Ethic:
- Must work as a team player and uphold Car Wash standards of professionalism and integrity
- Must apply high standards of employee conduct. Those standards include reliability, promptness, courtesy, appearance, and professional behavior
- Must be able to put forth the best interest of the business and customer above their own
Qualifications
- Great smile!
- Able to sell services to align with customer needs
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills with an outgoing personality
- Action-oriented with a team-player attitude
- Works with a sense of urgency
- High energy and desire to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Presentable and professional appearance
- Ability to work long hours on your feet in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum of 1 year of previous customer service experience with one employer
- Reliable transportation
- Open availability
Starting pay is determined based on individual qualifications and includes commission
Job Types: Full-time Pay: $15-16.00 per hour, plus commissions
