Direct Care Counselor - Mental Health & Recovery

ICL is seeking an entry-level direct care worker to support adults with mental illness and substance use disorders in a community residential setting with 24/7 staffing. You will help with safety, daily living, and skill-building, under supervision. Responsibilities include conducting safety checks, documenting incidents, teaching daily living skills, and accompanying residents to appointments.
