Job Description $16.90 - $18.00 hourly, this is an hourly, non‑exempt position. Not eligible for tips. Manage tasks efficiently to maintain kitchen workflow. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Restock kitchen and cooking line as needed throughout the shift. Perform routine cleaning and assist with general cleaning tasks as needed. Maintain a clear understanding of dish machine operations and follow proper procedures for changing water and chemicals. Keep floors clean and dry. Ensure plates and smallware are properly washed, sanitized, and stored. Maintain and inspect food receiving, preparation, production, and storage areas to ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to. Correct unsafe practices or conditions and notify management. Commit to food safety, cleanliness, job safety, and sanitation standards. Demonstrate teamwork by supporting all areas of the restaurant as business needs arise. Requirements 1+ year BOH experience in a full‑service restaurant (preferred). Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred). Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 30 lbs. Ability to work in hot and cold environments. Ability to walk and stand for extended periods up to 8 hours per shift. Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping. Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems. Ability to move quickly in a fast‑paced environment. Visual ability to work in low or dim lighting. Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
