Pharmacist (Epic) | Templeton, CA

Shift: Variable | 4x10s | 40 hrs/week
Contract: 8 Weeks | Start: 08/03/2026

Requirements:

• Active California Pharmacist license
• Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy (PharmD preferred)
• Current Epic and Cerner experience within the last 5 years required
• Inpatient clinical pharmacy experience preferred
• Must pass IV training
• Experience with pediatric and neonatal patients preferred
• No RTO accepted; firm start date

Responsibilities:
Verify and dispense medications, review medication orders, monitor drug therapies, identify medication safety concerns, provide clinical drug information, document interventions, and collaborate with the healthcare team using Epic.
