IT Support Analyst

Job Description We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our team situated in Gainesville, Florida. In this role, you will be tasked with supporting ongoing IT projects, documenting and labeling systems, installing software, and ensuring the manageability of client systems. This position offers a short‑term contract employment opportunity in the IT industry. Responsibilities Assist with the execution of ongoing IT projects. Document and label IT systems across various sites for easy identification and use. Install and configure software to ensure system efficiency. Work closely with the team to ensure client systems are manageable. Provide support in the setup and troubleshooting of MS 365 and Windows 10 operating systems. Implement and manage antivirus systems to protect against potential threats. Configure and maintain firewalls to protect systems and network infrastructure. Assist with the installation and troubleshooting of routers and switches. Utilize your skills in Active Directory, Computer Hardware, MS Windows 10, Basic Troubleshooting, Networking, and O 365 to perform tasks efficiently. Regularly update your knowledge and skills to stay abreast of new developments in the IT industry. Qualifications Proven experience in IT support, preferably 3 years or more. Proficient in using and managing Active Directory. Strong knowledge of computer hardware. Experience with Microsoft Windows 10. Familiarity with basic troubleshooting techniques. Good understanding of networking principles. Proficiency in using and managing O 365. Excellent problem‑solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Relevant certifications in IT or related field would be a plus. Must be available to work during business hours and occasionally after hours for urgent support needs. Keen attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
