Assistant General Manager

Responsibilities You will partner with the General Manager as a "co‑pilot," providing leadership and guidance to the store staff. Develop and maintain staff selling and service skills. Oversee day‑to‑day operations and ensure a high‑quality customer experience. Set clear goals, expectations, and hold the team accountable to high standards of excellence. Build a world‑class talent team that promotes an exceptional retail experience. Drive business initiatives and foster strong client relationships. Qualifications Undergraduate degree in a business or fashion‑related discipline is a plus. 3‑5 years of management experience. A proven track record of success. Compensation Base salary range: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 USD, based on relevant experience and work location.
