Job Title: Cashier / Customer Service Representative / Call Center Representative

Location: 100 S. Capitol Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46225

Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

Duration: July 29 – August 2, 2026

Training: Mandatory on July 28 (12:00 PM – 2:00 PM)

Shift Options:

• Morning: 5:45 AM – 2:00 PM
• Afternoon: 11:45 AM – 8:00 PM
• Evening: 3:45 PM – 12:00 AM
• Overnight: 9:45 PM – 6:00 AM

Job Description:

• Provide excellent customer service in a high-volume event environment
• Assist attendees with inquiries and directions
• Handle cash/card transactions and operate POS systems (Cashier role)
• Manage inbound/outbound calls and resolve customer issues (Call Center role)
• Maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all times
• Support smooth event operations and crowd flow

Requirements:

• Fluent English with strong communication skills
• Prior customer service / retail / call center experience preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation to and from the location
• Must be available for all workdays and mandatory training
• Flexible to work any assigned shift
