Were actively hiring an experienced Oral Surgery Assistant to support our surgeons and help deliver a smooth, professional patient experience. What Youll Do Assist oral surgeons during procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment Monitor patient vitals and comfort levels throughout procedures Provide post-operative care instructions to patients and their families Maintain accurate patient records and assist with documentation Manage inventory of surgical supplies and equipment Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols Communicate effectively with patients, providing reassurance and support What Were Looking For Minimum of 1 year of experience in an oral surgery setting ( required ) Hands-on experience assisting with: Anesthesia Dental implants Extractions Complex oral surgical procedures Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Valid CPR certification DAANCE/AAMOS certification strongly preferred Proficient in using dental software and digital imaging systems Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to patient care Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus What We Offer Pay: $25$30/hour ( based on experience ) Benefits : medical, dental, vision, life, 401k, PTO Flexible scheduling : full-time, part-time, or multiple locations Schedule Monday Friday Daytime Hours Optional Saturdays available Work Location: In-person Compensation: $ $25$30/hour ( based on experience )
