Key Responsibilities:

• Own the Social Strategy: Develop and execute the brand's organic social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.

• Create Content That Performs: Develop content ideas, formats, copy, and creative briefs across short-form video, static content, carousels, Stories, and other platform-native formats.

• Drive Content Production: Work with designers, creators, freelancers, agencies, and internal teams to bring concepts to life and keep content production running smoothly.

• Grow the Community: Build meaningful relationships with audiences and use community insights to identify content and growth opportunities.

• Test, Learn & Optimise: Track social performance, identify what's working, test new ideas and formats, and turn data into clear actions that improve results.

• Stay Ahead of Social: Keep up with platform updates, trends, creators, competitors, and cultural moments — and find smart ways to make them relevant to the brand.

• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Marketing, Creative, Product, Paid Marketing, CRM, ASO, SEO, Analytics, Legal, and other teams to connect social activity with wider business priorities.

• Own the Results: Take responsibility for the brand's organic social performance, proactively sharing insights, opportunities, and recommendations with the wider team.

Required Skills

• Proven experience managing organic social media for a consumer-facing brand, ideally across multiple platforms.

• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, social algorithms, formats, trends, and platform best practices.

• A strong creative instinct and a good eye for content that is engaging, authentic, culturally relevant, and platform-native.

• A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance, identify patterns, and turn insights into action.

• Experience developing social strategies, content calendars, creative concepts, and briefs.

• Experience working with creators, freelancers, agencies, designers, or other content partners.

• Strong copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences and platforms.

• Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• A strong sense of ownership and proactivity, you see opportunities, test ideas, and make things happen.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment where priorities and platforms can change quickly.

• Working proficiency in English B2 or above

• Nice to haves:

• Experience working with mobile apps, subscriptions, wellness, fitness, lifestyle, or other B2C products.

• Experience with social analytics and reporting tools and a strong understanding of social KPIs.

• Experience working with influencers or content creators.

• A strong interest in AI tools and emerging technologies that can make social content creation and workflows faster and more effective.
