Reports To Materials Manager Qualifications Minimum 2 years aviation maintenance materials/parts experience Availability to work Wednesday through Sunday 12:00‑8:00 pm at hangar in ANC Technology savvy: Word, Excel, Outlook Valid U.S. driver’s license Understanding of company and FAA policies, procedures, and regulations Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment Forklift experience Familiarity with hazmat shipping and related procedures Duties and Responsibilities Assisting the Materials Department in establishing and modifying inventory policies, procedures, instructions, and information Establishing, maintaining, and updating vendor related information in the computer program Monitoring all repair order activity and working with vendors to expedite parts from repair or overhaul Overseeing shelflife program and ensuring shelf life is not exceeded Ensuring compliance with Hazardous Materials/Dangerous Goods regulatory requirements as they pertain to all materials department activity Coordinating all aspects of station inventory operations including, but not limited to, timely and accurate shipping, receiving, parts segregation, parts issues, and returns to inventory Ensuring that associated computer transactions are performed in a timely and accurate manner Enforcing stockroom security, cleanliness, and organization; maintaining highest level of inventory integrity and awareness of Suspected Unapproved Parts (SUPS) threats Ensuring that only approved Air Carrier Maintenance Providers approved by the Company are utilized Aiding in the Continuing Analysis and Surveillance of all vendor performance Why You’ll Love Working Here Join a stable, growing aviation company Fast‑paced, team‑oriented work environment Opportunity to work both above‑wing and below‑wing operations Career growth and advancement opportunities Benefits (Full‑Time Employees) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Supplemental coverage options #J-18808-Ljbffr
