OT Job Responsibilities:
- Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates the care provided to all patients assigned.
- Provide client care according to plan of care
- Reviews, interprets, transcribes and carries out physician orders
- Prepares and maintains clinical documentation.
- Provides legible, clear written or electronic documentation of all patient care provided, medications administered, and the patient's response to care.
- Implements infection control and safety precautions.
- Attend team meetings, training, and assists teammates as needed.
OT Job Requirements:
- Reliable Transportation
- CPR Card (BLS)
- TB Test (current)
- Health Screening
- Must pass criminal background check, abuse background check and drug screening.
- Must provide a valid Driver's License, current Auto Insurance, and Motor Vehicle Report
- Current PT licensed in the state of Illinois (must be in good standing)
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care and Home Health experience.
