As a Multi-Unit Retail Sales Manager, you'll lead by example, empower your team, and ensure outstanding service across multiple stores. Collaborate with industry leaders and senior management to learn and develop an entrepreneurial mindset. Apply your training to drive business success as if it were your own. Job Responsibilities

• Maintain store operations, staffing, scheduling, and marketing efforts.
• Accountable for overseeing all retail operations, including recruitment, training, marketing, loss prevention, and store profitability.
• Coach and develop team members to excel in customer service and sales.
• Resolve customer issues to enhance their Metro By T-Mobile experience.
• Drive sales and operational excellence through embracing new initiatives.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Recruit team members passionate about technology and customer relationships.
• Support team growth through training development and mentorship.
• Stay updated on products, services, and leadership practices.
• Foster an inclusive team environment.
• Creating and maintaining a schedule at/or under labor budget.
• Overseeing store inventory management through daily and monthly stock audit.
• Stay ahead of the curve by partnering with our Sales, Operations, Finance, HR and Training teams.

What You Need

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-4 years of management experience in retail sales
• 2-4 years in sales and sales management experience
• Passion for customer satisfaction and delivering outstanding experiences
• Team player mentality with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 9 hours) on the sales floor.

Licenses and Certifications

At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States
