Pharmacist - Travel Job

Licensed Pharmacist Contract Position

We're hiring a licensed pharmacist for a contract position where you'll use your clinical expertise to ensure the safe and thoughtful distribution of medications to individuals navigating a range of physical and mental health challenges.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have State License to Apply
• 6 months Pharmacist experience preferred
• Graduate of school of pharmacy: Required
• Pharmacist license in the state of practice: Required
• All licensures and certifications needed to fulfill the duties required of a Pharmacist at the state level: Required
• Candidates must have EPIC and Cerner experience within the last 5 years and have worked as an employee of an organization / successfully completed a contract
• Each work history entry must list the charting system used
• If multiple EMR systems are listed on one job, dates must be provided to clarify when each system was used
• No RTO is allowed
• Must have current Epic experience

Assignment Details:

• Weekly Hours: 36
• Day shift 36 or 48 hours; could be 10 hours, confirming
